Origin: Mount Papandayan, Indonesia, volcano near Garut, West Java, Indonesia
Characteristics: A young material that was still forming, this has pits on both sides, pictures show them, still lots of room for cabs. Once mined for its sulfur content. Cut out cabs or keep as a specimen. This material is no longer mined.

Many of the minerals found around the vents are sulfates. The most abundant minerals are sulfur, hematite, halite, sylvite, gypsum, raistonite, anhydrite, thenardite, tangbenite and opaline silica, orpiment and realgar. Bumble Bee Jasper is probably a makeup of all the minerals listed above and maybe more.
I use a 24 mm coin and 10 mm squares in my pictures to help with image sizing.
